We attach to your confirmation a comprehensive list of activities in the area during your stay and a well-researched list of restaurants historically preferred by our guests Early check-in and late check-out offered for no extra charge, subject to availability 30% discount for a third night. Although the Boston Symphony typically plays only on the summer weekends, you can enjoy EVERYTHING ELSE in the Berkshires seven days per week: the museums and historic house tours... Jacob's Pillow, Shakespeare & Company, Berkshire Theater Festival, Barrington Stage Company, Williamstown Theater Festival...outdoor activities such as hikes, horseback riding, golf, water sports... the shops and restaurants...

So why pay top dollar to stay Sunday through Thursday? At Hampton Terrace, we discount our rooms from $65 to $95/night for multiple night stays from Sunday through Thursday. And we keep it simple: Just $195/night for any room in the mansion or WynnStay Cottage and $250/night for a King Suite.

Same thing for the October FOLIAGE SEASON! The leaves are not redder on Saturday than Tuesday...so take advantage!

Lenox is full of fairy lights. Stores, attractions and restaurants are open - without the lines associated with the summer season. We can design spa packages, and ski slopes are nearby.. But the sun goes down early! More time for enjoying the numerous fireplaces and warm ambiance of Hampton Terrace.

• Relax. Don't hurry. We have a two-night weekend minimum - but call us within the last 2 weeks- if we are not full we probably will accept one night.

• Three of our rooms have deep antique claw-foot tubs for long soaking.

• Twelve of our rooms have fireplaces and eleven have Jacuzzis. There are four fireplaces in public rooms.

• Our off-season rates include full breakfast buffet for two, and run $175/night mid-week and $189/night on weekends. Our very special King Suites are $225 midweek and $249 on weekends.
